Web design
- Final UI designs in Figma for your 10 November templates: Homepage, Conversion, Offering, Solution, Comparison, Customer story, Listing, Article, Pricing and Simple
- Your homepage concept stays the reference. We finish it with your design lead and carry its aesthetic across every template
- The 16-module library from your wireframes, designed once with all variants: header, footer, hero, rich text, card grid, logo strip, feature row, stat band, quote block, comparison table, FAQ list, CTA band, form, embed, author bio and pricing block
- Responsive designs for desktop and mobile
- Visual styling aligned with your new brand book (colors, type, imagery, product screens), following its rules as they land
- Design components system (buttons, form fields, navigation, cards) as Figma components, so your team can assemble all 28 November pages and Phase Two from the same parts
- Conversion focus on the buyer path: every buyer page leads to Book a demo, and the stat band reads from one record of numbers
- Accessibility built into the design: 4.5:1 text contrast, 24px tap targets, visible focus states, pause controls on anything that moves
- Organized and labeled Figma file, named to match your module library, so your Webflow freelancers can build from it without guessing
- One handoff walkthrough with your Webflow freelancers
Not included
- Copywriting and final content: PerchPeek's content team writes the copy along the wireframes
- Wireframes, sitemap and brand book: PerchPeek has these in place or in progress
- Laying out every one of the 28 pages: we design the 10 templates, your team assembles the rest from the modules (or see the page assembly add-on)
- Webflow development: built by PerchPeek's own Webflow freelancers from the Figma file
- Phase Two pages and the modules that wait (early 2027): quoted separately when you get there
- Third-party costs: font licenses, stock assets, Webflow plan, billed directly by the provider

How we work.
3 weeks from kickoff to final delivery.
Your wireframes and homepage concept are done, so we go straight into design. Week one finishes the homepage and the module library, then the remaining templates follow in two batches. Assuming kickoff on 26 October (CW44), the complete Figma file is with your Webflow freelancers by 13 November, two weeks before your end-of-November launch.

Indicative pricing based on the requirements we understood so far. Let's discuss your questions and feedback in detail. The scope above is covered in full; anything beyond gets flagged and aligned before work starts.

Iterations

Onboarding & project kickoff
- PerchPeek shares the homepage Figma file, the November wireframes, the module library board, the sitemap and the content brief before kickoff
- PerchPeek provides logos, the current state of the brand book, product screens and imagery before kickoff; brand book updates during the project are shared as they land
- Copy for each template arrives before we design it. Where copy is late, we design with realistic placeholder copy and your team swaps it in
Content & asset delivery
- PerchPeek and its freelancers build the site in Webflow and add all content to the CMS
- Images compressed to less than 1MB; videos as mp4 or links to mp4 files hosted on the client's own server
- All content delivered (copy, images, videos) must be final and approved by the client prior to delivery
Feedback & communication
- Designs are reviewed and approved within 24 hours of receipt, so the mid-November handoff holds. Your design lead is the one point of contact for design decisions
- All feedback is consolidated and communicated via the designated channel (Figma, Outlign or BugHerd); feedback outside of it cannot be taken into calculation
Access & responsibilities
- PerchPeek ensures timely access to all necessary third-party platforms (Figma, brand assets) and remains responsible for related costs and terms
- If key stakeholders are unavailable for a prolonged period, the client notifies magier in advance and appoints a temporary point of contact
- No custom code or integrations beyond the explicitly listed scope
Iterations & additional work
- Each deliverable (the homepage and module library, then templates in batches of 3 to 5) includes up to two feedback and revision rounds
- An iteration is a round in which the client reviews and gives feedback on a deliverable or stage of a phase
- Revisiting an approved deliverable, or new modules beyond the sixteen, counts as an out-of-scope change. This keeps the project on schedule
- Additional iterations beyond scope: 100 EUR/h net, only after written approval
- Out-of-scope change requests: 100 EUR/h net, only after written approval
