Your new brand,
designed and built to convert.
Your concept and launch wireframes turned into a complete, conversion-focused website: ten templates designed from one sixteen-module library and built in Webflow while the design is still running. The six V1 templates go live on 30 November, the other four follow by 18 December.
What we heard from you.
Based on our conversations, this is our understanding of where PerchPeek stands today and where you want to go. If we got anything wrong, tell us. This is the foundation the whole proposal is built on.
Challenges today
- Long-overdue brand refresh, concept nearly finished
- 28 pages to design and build in a few weeks
- Design team busy with brand book and content
- No time for a design-then-build handoff
Where you want to go
- Full site in the new brand concept
- One module library that builds every page
- Pages that turn B2B visitors into demos
- V1 live 30 November, V2 by 18 December
Our track record.
What's included.
Web design
- Homepage direction first: 2 to 3 options built on your Figma concept, each with the reasoning behind it, so you can pick or mix
- Final UI designs in Figma for 10 templates: V1 (Homepage, Conversion, Offering, Listing, Article and Simple) first, then V2 (Solution, Comparison, Pricing and Customer story)
- Responsive designs for desktop and mobile
- Visual styling aligned with your brand guide (colors, type, imagery)
- Icons from an icon library matched to your brand, unless the custom icons add-on is booked
- Component library of your 16 modules with all variants, so all 28 launch pages and Phase Two are built from the same parts
- Hover, focus, and active states for key UI elements
- Organized and labeled Figma file, delivered in batches so the build can start on approved modules
Webflow development
- The 10 templates developed in Webflow from the approved designs, built in parallel to the design: the 6 V1 templates live on 30 November, the 4 V2 templates by 18 December
- CMS collections for blog, podcasts, events and customer stories, set up and ready for your team to fill
- The 16 modules as reusable Webflow components your team creates every page from
- Responsive implementation for desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Global styles and classes for a scalable design system
- On-page SEO & AEO structure (titles, meta descriptions, alt-tags, heading structure), so search engines and LLMs can read the site
- QA of each template on one example page: our internal QA, then a QA round with your team before launch
- Built in magier's Webflow workspace and transferred to your Webflow account before launch, then connected to your domain
Mockups & illustrations
- Up to 15 branded mockups of the platform and the Relocator App for heroes, feature rows and sales material, in the style of your homepage
- Built from your product screens, so the site shows the real product rather than generic devices
Not included
- Page creation and content population: we build the templates, your team creates every page from them, fills the CMS and decides which pages go live with V1
- QA of the individual pages: we QA each template on one example page; every page your team creates from the templates is QA'd by your team
- Copywriting and final content: written by PerchPeek's team
- Content migration from the current CMS: done by PerchPeek's team
- SEO migration: ranking audit, redirect mapping and redirects are done by PerchPeek's team
- Wireframes, sitemap and brand book: PerchPeek has these in place or in progress
- Custom icons: we use an icon library unless the custom icons add-on is booked
- Phase Two templates and the modules that wait (early 2027): quoted separately when you get there
- Third-party costs: font licenses, stock assets, icon library, Webflow plan, billed directly by the provider

How we work.
V1 live on 30 November, V2 by 18 December.
Kickoff on 26 October (CW44). Design takes four and a half weeks: the homepage direction first, then the V1 templates (Homepage, Conversion, Offering, Listing, Article and Simple), then the V2 templates (Solution, Comparison, Pricing and Customer story). Webflow development starts in CW45, one week into design, on whatever you have approved. Once the V1 templates are built, we start our QA while your team populates the content for half a week, then you run your QA. V1 goes live on 30 November and V2 follows the same way by 18 December. Which pages you create and publish with V1 is your call.
What we need from you, and when
- End of CW43 (23 October): brand guide finished and homepage copy final
- Start of design (26 October): all product screenshots you want shown in the mockups
- End of CW44 (30 October): all copy for the V1 templates final
- End of CW46 (13 November): all copy for the V2 templates final
Copy that arrives late moves the templates it belongs to, and can push them from V1 to V2.

What we're counting on from your side.
The working assumptions the price and timeline are built on.
Onboarding & project kickoff
- PerchPeek shares the homepage concept in Figma (a direction, not a fixed spec), the launch wireframes, the module library board and the sitemap before kickoff
- The brand guide (colors, typography, logos) is finished by the end of CW43 (23 October); all product screenshots for the mockups are with us by the start of design (26 October), imagery before kickoff
- Copy deadlines: homepage copy by the end of CW43 (23 October), all V1 copy by the end of CW44 (30 October), all V2 copy by the end of CW46 (13 November). We design around real copy, not placeholders, so templates are not reworked later. Late copy moves the templates it belongs to
Content & asset delivery
- PerchPeek creates all pages from the templates and adds all content to the CMS, including anything carried over from the current site, and checks each of those pages itself. magier is responsible for the example page of each template only
- PerchPeek owns the SEO migration: ranking audit, redirect map and redirects
- Images compressed to less than 1MB; videos as mp4 or links to mp4 files hosted on the client's own server
- All content delivered (copy, images, videos) must be final and approved by the client prior to delivery
Feedback & communication
- Designs are reviewed and approved within 24 hours of receipt, so the build can start on approved modules and the V1 launch on 30 November holds. Your design lead is the one point of contact for design decisions
- PerchPeek runs its QA round in the launch week and sends consolidated feedback within 48 hours
- All feedback is consolidated and communicated via the designated channel (Figma, Outlign or BugHerd); feedback outside of it cannot be taken into calculation
Access & responsibilities
- PerchPeek ensures timely access to all necessary third-party platforms (Webflow account and plan, domain, Figma, brand assets) and remains responsible for related costs and terms
- If key stakeholders are unavailable for a prolonged period, the client notifies magier in advance and appoints a temporary point of contact
- No custom code or integrations beyond the explicitly listed scope
Iterations & additional work
- The homepage comes in 2 to 3 directions you can mix. After that, templates come in batches of 3 to 5, each with up to two feedback and revision rounds
- An iteration is a round in which the client reviews and gives feedback on a deliverable or stage of a phase
- Revisiting an approved deliverable, or new modules beyond the sixteen, counts as an out-of-scope change. This keeps the project on schedule
- Additional iterations beyond scope: 100 EUR/h net, only after written approval
- Out-of-scope change requests: 100 EUR/h net, only after written approval
What clients say when we're not in the room.
As a VC-backed startup growing fast, we didn't have time for a six-month project. We needed someone fast, and magier proved they could deliver. Their Webflow expertise and past work impressed us, and in the end, we were super happy with the outcome. Magier was always on the project together with us - we felt like they were part of our team. I've never seen that in other agencies. They were fast, bold, and innovative. I would totally recommend them.
Working with Magier feels like having an entire design and web team plugged directly into our marketing engine. They move fast, they think with us, and they enabled us to execute ideas we simply didn't have the resources for before.
We partnered with Magier to relaunch our entire CI and website, and the experience was outstanding. The team delivered excellent work - communication and execution exceeded our expectations. If you want a website that stands apart with a uniquely creative interpretation of your CI, Magier is the partner to choose. Big thanks to the whole team! :)
I used maybe 5-6 other design/webflow agencies before finding Magier. All the usual ones you get FB ads for... I think I found Magier through my Y-combinator network... been super impressed with the quality of the design and Webflow development. Like, they've been able to do everything I threw at them. Also, they've worked well alongside our SEO agency and even provided many unsolicited speed improvements etc. Can't recommend them enough.
After our rebranding, we needed a partner to help us build a new website in Webflow - and Magier stepped in seamlessly. From day one, they were committed, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented, tackling every challenge we faced with ease. Communication was always smooth and effortless, making the entire process stress-free. Thanks to their dedication, we launched our brand-new website on schedule, despite a tight deadline. It was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend the Magier team!
What a great pleasure it is to work with the design team at magier!! The team is very talented and customer focussed. From the moment you start working with them, it feels like a partner who is focussed at solving your problems. Their support post delivery was fantastic - helping quickly resolve any small issue that came up or in some cases doing some quick design revisions based on user feedback. In summary, if you are looking for a long term partner who keep you first, look no further!
